Terms and conditions for training courses

COVID
Dure this time we have limited the total number of people attending a course and will have PPE available for people to wear. During partible demonstration and assessment PPE will be required to be worn if you have booked online this information will be used as part of the Track and Trace this will be checked at the start of the course.
Refunds
Once a course has been booked there will be no refunds provided please contact our team to cancel your booking. You can transfer your dates free of charge

For courses booked via get-licensed.co.uk please contact them direct regarding your booking if you have any issues.

For courses booked via REED.co.uk
Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a "Cancellation Period". Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.
In case you decide to cancel your purchase of a course, it can be done in the following way:

if you cancel the purchase of a course within 14 calendar days as mentioned above, we will refund you for all payments made as part of your purchase with in 14 calendar days from the day we accept that you are entitled to a refund.
Payments terms
When booking online all payments are required upfront. If booking on behalf of a business please contact our office where you can book on invoiced terms 15 days, full payment required 7 days prior to course start
Clothing
This can be a physical course it is advised that you wear comfortable and old clothing as you may be required to be on the floor as part of the course
Course outcome
At the end of the course you will be informed if you have passed the course. In the event you fail the course the trainer will discuss this with you on a 1to1
Parking
There is limited parking on site more information will be in your confirmation
Course info
Our courses are formed as part of a mixed group with group activates. Due to the current situation the main entrance of the building is LOCKED, and you will need to contact the trainer to gain access to the building this will be communicated on your confirmation email
Data
As part of your booking we will need to hold data you provide for 3 and a half years from date of certificates being issued. This data includes your personal information including contact information that you provide at time of booking the course, all assessment and work completed during your time on the course. This is a requirement set by the awarding body and will be stored by us at our registered office in accordance with data protection.
